Confined Space Entry Training*

*WorkplaceNL-accredited

Training Overview

Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Section 511(3), states: “no person may work in a confined space without completing a confined space entry program.”

Mercer Safety’s Confined Space Entry Training equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize hazards and follow safe work practices when entering confined spaces.

Our program is WorkplaceNL-accredited and meets all required learning objectives—helping reduce the risk of accidents caused by inadequate knowledge, unsafe practices, or non-compliance with regulations.

Training Duration: two days

Assessment: practical assessment (see curriculum outline below)

Expiry: three years
