This course will teach you the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective accident/incident investigation at your workplace.
Training Duration: a half-day
Expiry: three years
Cost: $125.00 plus HST per participant

This training course is designed for anyone who is required to conduct an accident/incident investigation as part of their workplace role (e.g., supervisors, OH&S committee members, etc.).

Recognize the need for an investigation
Investigate the scene of the accident/incident
Interview victims and witnesses
Distinguish fact from fiction
Determine root causes
Compile data and prepare reports
