Reasonable Suspicion Training

Training Overview

Whether your organization currently performs drug and alcohol testing or plans to implement a drug and alcohol testing program, this training ensures your team is equipped to make informed, compliant, and confident decisions.

  • This training course is designed for supervisors and employees working in safety-sensitive environments who need to recognize and respond to potential signs of substance use or impairment in the workplace.

  • Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to:

    • Identify physical, behavioral and performance indicators of drug and alcohol use

    • Document observations accurately and objectively

    • Understand the importance of early intervention to maintain workplace safety

    • Follow appropriate steps when reasonable suspicion arises, including initiating testing procedures when required
