This training course is designed for supervisors and employees working in safety-sensitive environments who need to recognize and respond to potential signs of substance use or impairment in the workplace.

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to:
Identify physical, behavioral and performance indicators of drug and alcohol use
Document observations accurately and objectively
Understand the importance of early intervention to maintain workplace safety
Follow appropriate steps when reasonable suspicion arises, including initiating testing procedures when required
