Training Overview
This is mandatory training for workplaces employing fewer than 20 employees. It is also a prerequisite for Level 2 OH&S Committee training (which is a requirement for workplaces that employ 20 or more workers).
Training Duration: one day
Expiry: three years
Cost: $150.00 plus HST per participant

Workplaces with less than 20 workers shall provide Level 1: OH&S Committee/WH&S Representative and WH&S Designate training for all WH&S representatives.

Incident Investigations
Once completed, OH&S Committees/Representatives/Designates will have the knowledge they require to fulfill their duties and responsibilities under the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
